1. Introduction and Scope of Warranty

This Limited Warranty is provided by Maxbo Lanka (hereinafter referred to as the “Warrantor” or “Company”) and applies to the electronic product accompanying this document (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”).

The Warrantor warrants to the original purchaser (“Customer”) that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the duration of the warranty period specified below. This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original end-user purchaser.

2. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for the Product is 1-5 year(s) from the date of original purchase. Each product has a different warranty period (find in the product description). The warranty period commences on the date of purchase as shown on the Customer’s warranty card and invoice.

A repaired or replacement Product will be warranted for the balance of the original warranty period only.

3. Coverage

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Defects that occur under normal use conditions as specified in the Product’s operation manual.
Replacement parts and labor for covered repairs at no charge to the Customer.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover issues such as normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes like accidents or natural disasters. It also excludes damage from using unapproved accessories or products with altered serial numbers.

5. Remedies

If a valid claim is made during the warranty period, the Warrantor will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the Product with new or refurbished parts or a product of equal or greater value. These are the Customer’s exclusive remedies, and the Warrantor’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To start a warranty claim, the Customer must notify customer service at “SERVICE FORMS“ or “WhatsApp 0777895730″, providing proof of purchase (Warranty card & invoice) with the Product’s model and serial numbers. The Customer must follow the Warrantor’s return instructions and ship the product to the service center (Kindly follow the steps given by the customer care officer). The customer should take and keep the images (it’s proof that the product is not damaged during transport) of the product before handing it over to the delivery party, and get a receipt from the courier service as proof. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to the service center(one way only). The Company is responsible for shipping costs to the customer’s address (Return only).
