I bought white colour one. But it’s not look same as in image. I got gold colour ring not silver shown as in website. But it’s looks more beautiful than the image 😁. Pleased with this fan silent effective pushes air across the room effectively and looks nice too with the golden lines. Please change the image 🙏🙏🙏

2 year warranty meant one to one warranty?
How can claim warranty?

2 years warrenty given for the fan motor for manufacturing defect. Warranty will be declined if the water or fire damge is found in the motor. And yes, Its a replacement warranty. In the warranty period you will send the fan motor to our company service center or head office. All the courrier charges will be paid by maxbo lanka if you have a valid warrany card. This process may take up to 5 – 7 working days. But not only bajaj celling fan, all of our product’s are original products from leading sri lankan brands. Even the warrany cases are like 1000:1 ratio. So feel free. Most of the product have flexible shipping charges. Some have free shipping promotions.
